Every Saturday evening Swamiji conducts a Meditation in India and we join in through Skype in Switzerland. Last night something happened: A miraculous experience that looked very ordinary on first sight. Swamiji told us to witness our nostrils, the breath that passes through them and to witness our eyes. This seemed to be a very normal Meditation. Swami Prem Paras used to say "I don't make miracles. I use my energy for transforming people." And I say transforming people is a

Now Swami Prem Paras' Winter tour has ended. And it has ended with the most beautiful experience. This is a once in a life time experience. Swami Prem Paras has told me before that it is the characteristic of my Soul, that it is fully satisfied when it can help others to attain enlightenment. And this day I experienced that what he said was true. All the things that he says are sooner or later revealed as true. After our concerts and workshops in the region of Milano, Italy,

HOW TO PRAY? by Swami Prem Paras Now we learn how to pray. Prayer is very important in our life. If you invoke God with sadness, your sadness will multiply. Or if you are infront of a Master and you are sad, that sadness will multiply. If you come in anger, that anger will multiply. Because the Master is only the reflection, he is a Mirror. Always when we go infront of God we pray "Oh God, I have this fear .. Oh God, there is that trauma in my life.." and we keep praying for

Experiences since I met Swami Prem Paras The first time I met Swamiji was the 14th of December 2013 in Interlaken at the yoga-center. He was playing a concert and I was very touched by his music. The music goes through all parts of your body and it feels like a cleansing. 3 or even 4 hours passed so fast, incredible – you lose the sense of time. At this time I was not very happy. My relationsship felt apart and I was still not accepting the fact my partner and me will have to

13 people gathered on 5. January for the Workshop with Swami Prem Paras. First he taught us how to pray. To go infront of God with Joyfulness. Because how you pray will be manifested he said. Then he invoked all Masters through dance and he invited Andrea Neiger to share her Yoga Asanas for us to follow. And already in the first hour of the Workshop heavy cleansing happened, suppressed emotions were released, many started crying and the pain which was locked in their bodies c

Dear friends, I would like to share with you a very special Meditation experience. Yesterday Swami Prem Paras suddenly energetically told me to produce a video for his Mahavatar Babaji Track. In the evening he started a Meditation with this Music. It was strange: This Music which seems so soothing and lovely upset me so much, inside anger was boiling and I really couldn't sit silently in Meditation. I kept moving, coughing, sneezing, scratching, yawning.. anything to avoid wh

Welcome all divine Souls.

On the spiritual path slowly my words are fading. I used to be a very eloquent and talkative person, suddenly I am experiencing things that are far, far beyond words. Still there is a great urge to share. Tocommunicate these experiences. Just this morning Swami Prem Paras had a meditation session with a couple. He lead us into deep Meditation. Tears and suppressed emotions were released. As he says to go deeper, as he says that our minds are frozen, a tickling sensation appea

Today I want to do a special Meditation for you guys. Today I want to invoke your healing Master. You are the Master of healing. A couple of things I want to tell you. One thing is very important: If you want to heal somebody and be a medium of healing angels you have to be completely empty. You have to be like a flute. You are not doing anything. So we pray to God, be in gratitude, be in bliss. This is the first time I am giving this initiation. Lots of Gurus have initiated

Since we were three women gathering for Meditation Swami Prem Paras designed a very special meditation for us last night. We meditated on our heart, on our Root Chakra, he guided us into a Breathing Meditation, he combined also Death Meditation with this. Many things became very very clear in that Medition and the process of understanding goes on. Swami Prem Paras really managed to bring our inner male and female energy into a divine harmony. The conflict has disappeared. Dee

Mahamrityunjaya Meditation with SWAMI PREM PARAS First we listened to a discourse of Osho. He spoke on how the child comes into the world, how for him it means dieing out of the mother's womb and in another way it means life. Then Swami Prem Paras lead us into the Meditation. Put the left hand on your leg to receive and to surrender, put your right hand on your heart. He spoke to us on surrendering, a sharp talk, those words were sent into our bodies, transformation was happ

Lord Shiva says that Females should always meditate on their Heart . When you take birth you decide with God that you want to be a Female. Now you forgot about your decision. Now you are in competition with the man. And now you are behaving like a man. And that is why you feel incomplete. Do you understand? The Universe’s rules are very particular, very accurate, we can’t conceive. So if we are in harmony with the rules of the Universe our life is balance. Understand? When yo

The concert was a journey through the Chakras..what you see in this video is the highest stage; Shiva in the crown Chakra. "I'm playing blues" Swami Prem Paras mentioned "because Shiva is blue" and with a childish smile on his face he hit the cords and brought us to the peak..
