Since we were three women gathering for Meditation Swami Prem Paras designed a very special meditation for us last night. We meditated on our heart, on our Root Chakra, he guided us into a Breathing Meditation, he combined also Death Meditation with this. Many things became very very clear in that Medition and the process of understanding goes on. Swami Prem Paras really managed to bring our inner male and female energy into a divine harmony. The conflict has disappeared. Deep satisfaction is revealed. He also cut all our past and our Karma. After that three serious women turned into giggling little girls. And so much joyfulness arose in us! I didnt sleep a lot because there was so much energy in my body. But it didn't matter, I am feeling fresh. This morning my friend who is meditating with us went out for smoking. A strange thing happened: She puked. My trust in myself, in Swami Prem Paras and in Meditation has deepened, the benefits are becoming so clear, so obvious. I invite all hidden Shivas and Shaktis to come for Meditation to find their way to Freedom and Peace! At the end of the Meditation Swami Prem Paras invited us to uplift our inner male and female energy and to let them meet at the third eye..a beautiful loving meeting; violet light. The Workshop at Yoga Center Frankfurt on 18./19. February is dedicated to Balancing the female and male Energy.
