Vipassana with Swami Prem Paras

Every Saturday evening Swamiji conducts a Meditation in India and we join in through Skype in Switzerland.

Last night something happened: A miraculous experience that looked very ordinary on first sight.

Swamiji told us to witness our nostrils, the breath that passes through them and to witness our eyes. This seemed to be a very normal Meditation. Swami Prem Paras used to say "I don't make miracles. I use my energy for transforming people." And I say transforming people is a miracle. Working with him I have seen it happen so many times. 

As we meditated on our nostrils and on our eyes a state between awareness and non-awareness got hold of me. I fell into a blessed kind of deep empty slumber or trance. There is no mind, no thoughts in that state. It is being very close to your Soul. And I felt my Soul giving messages, but afterwards I forgot them. It is a glimpse of waking up..such a divine gift by Swami Prem Paras..

and when I came out of this blessed state I looked around and I saw that it had not happened to me only. When we got up we didn't want to speak and eat and disturb this depth and silence but we all felt like going straight to bed to continue this blessed thoughtless state. It is soooo immensely refreshing!! This morning I woke up early and I felt all my past had gone. The heavy weight of thousands of years had simply vanished over night thanks to this divine space that Swamiji had opened for us. My nose was fresh and clean I could feel it being filled with beautiful fresh ear. My sight was clear, I perceived the colours clear and everything was very 3 dimensional. It is so immensely beautiful to realize more and more the nuances of different energies, different states. In the beginning it seemed to me all the same but as I grow thanks to this powerful Master it is beautiful to see and smell and perceive a whole variety of flowers. Which was there all the time, the garden must be blossoming and celebrating continuosly without us realizing it and without realizing it we can't join in that beautiful celebration..:)

I would love to share this garden, it must be beautiful to celebrate together with lots of friends & fellow seekers. I pray for inner eyes, inner vision for all of us for we can recognize the miracles that happen to us daily through being connected with this unique Master. For not missing out on it any longer. For discovering our genuine gratitude. For becoming available for what really is.
