SHIVA & SHAKTI have melted...Workshop experience

Whaaaat aaaaaa workshop!! Im feeling refreshed, confident, fearless, peaceful, joyful. I feel my inner woman and my inner man have made peace. they are no longer fighting and contradicting eachother. I am one. I have experienced my love energy and enjoyed it tremendously. what a deeep deeep healing. I feel very thankful to Swami Prem Paras for having made available to me my life force energy. my vitality. now i know what earth kisses sky really means. What Shiva Shakti Melting means. And how suddenly there is a lot more peace with the outer man and the outer woman. jealousy, anger and competition have turned into love and peace. I especially enjoyed the Om Namah Shivay Meditation today. After intense bodywork to activate our Root Chakra with the awesome Lord Ganesh Chant we layer down. Swami Prem Paras guided us first into our first Chakra. We chanted Om Namah Shivay Mantra and es he said "Your first Chakra is clearing and opening" this really happened. And it was such a peaceful experience of coming home, so refreshing and joyfull. And it was such a stunning revelation that the first Chakra is also Innocence! I enjoyed like a small child. And we chanted on into our upper Chakras and each and every Chakra opened. And each time I felt "Ah! This is what I was waiting for!" Swami Prem Paras ended this Workshop with the most beautiful Meditation: Invoking your own Love energy, witnessing it. What a healing refreshing bath of one's own energy! If this energy is activated there is no need for any Healer, any doctor, any therapist .. to heal you. Because this energy is your energy and it heals you! So now I feel completely refreshed, blissful and peaceful. And also the urge for the outer man has become much weaker. Because now I discovered an inner man who makes me complete.
