HOW TO PRAY? by Swami Prem Paras Now we learn how to pray. Prayer is very important in our life. If you invoke God with sadness, your sadness will multiply. Or if you are infront of a Master and you are sad, that sadness will multiply. If you come in anger, that anger will multiply. Because the Master is only the reflection, he is a Mirror. Always when we go infront of God we pray "Oh God, I have this fear .. Oh God, there is that trauma in my life.." and we keep praying for 20, 30 years, for many births and many lives and our problem is not resolved. Because we don't know how to behave infront of God. What is the technique? How to go to the temple, how to go to the church, how to go infront of your Master. Always when you sit silently at your home, sit in Joyfulness. Because that Joyfulness will manifest. Why did Osho promote dancing so much? After every Meditation. Because God loves your Celebration and your Celebration will manifest. In your life there will be lots of Celebration. And when you dance, feel that the whole existence, all 5 Elements are dancing with you. When you dance just swing with the Groove of the Music, just witness your heart, your Crown Chakra, just witness the Navel Chakra, just witness your whole body. Always witness these three points and slowly slowly you will feel that you forget the body. And at the same time keep witnessing. Don't dance with a sad face, dance with Joyfulness, with a Buddha smile on your face. Just feel each and every cell of the Universe dancing with you. Feel God's Bliss, his Grace, his Compassion showering on us. Don't feel, just witness. Just surrender to your Master then it happens naturally. Dance is your prayer. Creativity is your Prayer. Song is your Prayer. Love is your Prayer. Breath is your Prayer. Watching is your Prayer. Hearing is your Prayer. Existence is your Prayer. Air is your Prayer. Water is your Prayer, Water, Wind, Fire is your Prayer. Mother is your Prayer, Father is your Prayer. The Sun and the Planets are your Prayer. Each and every moment is your Prayer. Each and every Karma is your Prayer. Truth is your Prayer. Prayer Prayer Prayer ..
