23.7. - 1.8. 2026

Friends,

Love is what we are made of, and celebration is an essential part of a fulfilled life.

In this spirit the Love & Celebration Retreat was created.

The retreat is open to anyone interested in meditation, spiritual music, and inner exploration.

Our days begin with early morning Shiv Yoga, followed by OSHO Active Meditations, Mantra chanting, and moments of silent sitting. Throughout the retreat we explore the 112 methods of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, gradually deepening our journey within.

The journey also includes visits to sacred landscapes — temples of Khajuraho, the holy river Narmada, and Amarkantak, located in the rich natural surroundings of central India. These places are experienced not only as cultural sites but as spaces for meditation and spiritual energy.

The evenings are devoted to celebration through music, movement, and shared presence. Sound meditation sessions bring deep relaxation and help us to go beyond the mind.

Welcome to an adventurous journey from your Root to your Crown!

The beauty of this Retreat is the deep transformation process that takes place in one of the world’s spiritual epicentres. We meditate in a Buddhafield where many enlightened Masters have meditated. Osho, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Kabir..to name a few.

Khajuraho

Khajuraho does not separate the sacred from life. Being there confronts the mind’s conditioning and opens a different way of seeing. Osho describes that the meditator should meditate on the postures until his eyes become pure. After that, he would be allowed to enter the temple and experience deep silence.

In Swami Shrila Prem Paras' presence, the ancient energies slumbering in the temples re-awaken and meditators can feel the experiences of ancient times.

Jabalpur

3 days

Jabalpur is the town of Osho, and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It is located at the banks of the holy river Ma Narmada, and is also part of the belt of Tantra consciousness.

Osho has spent hundreds of hours in the library of Mahakaushal College - his chair is still there today. He has become enlightened at the Maulshree tree at Bhanvartal Park. Here the Narmada cuts through marble rock in a way that feels almost unreal. The light, the river, and the stone create a naturally silent atmosphere — not created, but already present. It is a place where meditation happens effortlessly.

Osho Home Ashram rests near the Narmada River, with its white geodesic Buddha Hall and a warm, supportive space for body, mind, and inner balance — with a swimming pool and a lush garden to rest, breathe, and be.

Amarkantak

3 days

Amarkantak
At the origin of the Narmada, everything feels more inward. The landscape is simple, almost austere, and carries a quiet depth. It is less about what you see, and more about what begins to settle within.

The place of Saint Kabir, Guru Nanak, and for us the place of silence. The hut of Saint Kabir is located in a deep and quiet forest. In a pond in front of Kabir's hut a miracle can be witnessed: Milk comes out of the water. This phenomenon is lovingly described as the river Narmada washing Kabir's feet with milk.

Tantra & Mantra

"Tantra is alchemy; it can transform your centers, it can transform the other's centers, it can create a rhythm and harmony between you and your beloved. That is the beauty of Tantra. It is like bringing electricity into your house. Then you can turn it on and off whenever you want."  OSHO

"This Tantra vision is one of the greatest visions ever dreamed by man: a religion without the priest, a religion without the temple, a religion without the organization; a religion which does not destroy the individual but respects individuality tremendously, a religion which trusts in the ordinary man and woman. And this trust goes very deep. Tantra trusts in your body; no other religion trusts in your body. And when religions don't trust in your body, they create a split between you and your body.  OSHO

"Tantra does not deny anything but transforms everything. OSHO

"Tantra teaches reverence for the body, love, respect for the body, gratitude for the body. The body is marvelous, it is the greatest of mysteries."  OSHO

Music comes closest to meditation. Music is a way towards meditation and the most beautiful way. Meditation is the art of hearing the soundless sound, the art of hearing the music of silence — what the Zen people call the sound of one hand clapping  OSHO

Swami Shrila Prem Paras

Before dedicating his life fully to the Divine, Swami Shrila Prem Paras was a music composer in the Bollywood film industry. His work contributed to productions such as Jhansi ki Rani (TV serial), Jaana (film), Cricket world cup song 2011, and he remains connected with musicians and artists from the industry.

At the height of his musical career, an inner shift led him toward meditation. Music did not stop. It transformed.

Over the past 12 years, Swamiji has shared meditation, satsang, and conscious music freely in India and internationally.

He is called a "pioneer of Facebook Meditation" and has shared over 800 free online sessions between 2015 and 2020.

In Switzerland, he conducted some of the country’s largest meditation gatherings, bringing together music and silence in powerful collective experiences.

What once arose from artistic creation began to arise from silence itself.

Today, his music is not composed for performance, but emerges naturally from meditation and satsang. Music is no longer entertainment, but a doorway into stillness, a path to the Divine.

This rare journey from professional composer to meditation master forms the living foundation of Osho Home Ashram.
