Days will feature early morning Shiv Yoga, OSHO Meditations, Mantra Chanting combined with Sight-experiencing of spiritual temples, the holy river Narmada and the rich nature. We will practice and understand the 112 Vigyan Bhairav Tantra techniques throughout the retreat.
This practice will cleanse our body, our Aura and allow our energy to uplift. It clears our vision and answers our questions: Who am I? What is my Soul purpose? It silences the ever-chattering mind and creates space for meditation.

In Osho’s Beloved Landscape
This video was filmed in Bhedaghat, on the banks of the Narmada River near Jabalpur — a place that Osho visited frequently during his youth.
Osho spent many hours meditating along these riverbanks. In his discourses he often spoke of the marble rocks of Bhedaghat, saying that in the light of the full moon they may be among the most beautiful places in the world.
It is here, in this landscape shaped by silence, river, and stone, that Osho Home Ashram has taken root — a space for meditation, music, and quiet presence on the banks of the Narmada
